We're a worldwide team. Most of us answer email faster than DMs, and faster again on weekdays between 9am and 6pm Casablanca time (GMT+1). Pick the channel that matches what you need — using the right address gets you to the right human.

For users

If something inside the app isn't working — a profile that won't load, a payment that didn't go through, a feature that's confusing — the fastest path is Settings → Help right in the app. Our support team replies inside the app within 24 business hours, in English, French, or Spanish.

For non-urgent product questions you can also email [email protected] — replies in 1-2 business days.

For safety

If you've experienced harassment, a scam attempt, or anything that made you feel unsafe, please email [email protected]. A real person — not a bot — reads every safety report within 4 business hours and replies inside 24.

If a crime has been committed, please contact your local authorities first. We'll cooperate with any legal process — see our law enforcement page for how that works.

Press inquiries, interview requests, and feature pitches go to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. For breaking-news pieces with tight deadlines, please put "urgent" in your subject line.
